Men's Helion Pants
The Helion Pants are the cold-weather companions to our Helion Jacket or Pullover. The Helion Pants are made as a standalone weather-resistant layer, or they can be paired with a waterproof outer shell. We use continuous filament 2oz APEX Climashield synthetic insulation, which dries faster and is easier to clean than down, while maintaining warmth even when wet.
Features:
- 2oz/yd² CLIMASHIELD™ APEX insulation
- Articulated knee darts and gusseted crotch for flexibility and comfort
- Thigh-high, double-ended #5 YKK zippers for venting or pocket access
- Snaps at the bottom of the legs for keeping the pant shape intact, regardless of the zipper position
- Pretensioned shock cord waistband allows for further adjustability
- Grosgrain loops for suspender attachment
- Shock cord loops for attaching belt keepers
Includes:
- Suspenders to attach to grosgrain loops (42" for XS-L, 50" for XL-3XL)
- Keepers for duty belt attachments

Outer Shell Fabric Information
- Solid Colors: Crafted from 30D ripstop nylon, this lightweight, DWR-treated fabric offers excellent breathability and abrasion resistance — the perfect balance for a versatile puffy jacket shell.
- Multicam & Woodland: Made from 40D shadow box ripstop nylon, this lightweight, DWR-treated fabric provides good breathability. However, due to its reduced abrasion resistance, frequent or aggressive use may lead to premature wear.
- AOR1: Constructed with 70D Taslan, this midweight, DWR-treated fabric offers exceptional durability. While it is slightly stiffer and less breathable than the solid color options, it is the most rugged choice for demanding conditions.

This product is hand-made in Winona, MN. Each order is sewn in the order they are received. For this reason, lead times are 3-6 weeks. Your order will be assigned to one of our customer service team members, and they will stay in touch with you through the entire process!
