HighCom ACHHC Boltless Helmet
The HighComACH™ Boltless (Advanced Combat Helmet High Cut) has been tested to NIJ Standard 0106.01 for Level IIIA threats and MIL-STD-662F for fragmentation. Made from Hybridized Kevlar® and UHMWPE Spectra® fibers, the ACH comes standard with D3O® Halo™ 3-pad helmet system, is available with multiple harness options, and only uses the Unity Summit shroud.
Lead Time Information:
This product is US-made in Columbus, OH. Each order is pressed in the order they are received. For this reason, lead times can be 3-6 weeks. Your order will be assigned to one of our customer service team members, and they will stay in touch with you through the entire process!

+ Sizing: Circumference is measured around the head, similar to hat sizing. All sizes are measured in inches. If a measurement falls on a dividing line between sizes, select the larger of the two sizes to ensure maximum ballistic protection and a comfortable fit.
+ Warranty: 5 years on all ballistic material, excluding exterior cover, 1 year on exterior cover material and workmanship

We're working hard to reduce lead times, but demand for tactical gear and armor fluctuates wildly month to month, and it's hard to balance. Right now, we receive batches based on each supplier's monthly demand.
All of our tactical gear comes with a 3-year warranty; however, we often replace things even outside the warranty. Just reach out!
Our armor has an incident-replacement guarantee If you get shot in the armor and need a new set, we'll replace it for free! We have replaced several plate carriers used by law enforcement due to getting shot in the line of duty.
