YK-1 Order Inquiries:
Please note that our YK-1's have a 3-6 week lead time as stated in the product description. Lead times are estimates and we do our best to stay within it! Occasionally, we run into shipping issues or surges in sales that put us a little behind. 

I need to change my address:
Please send us your order number, and the new address to The sooner we can get it changed the better! It may be too late to change the address if we've already sent your order. We suggest also putting a forward on your address via these links! USPS and/or UPS

My tracking number isn't updating?
We often times use third-party shipping carriers that use USPS or UPS as the last mile deliverers. This means a shipping label gets printed in advance and there's usually a secondary shipping label for the order. Our software usually only sends the last mile tracking number via email. 

To check this, please paste your tracking number onto this website here, and it should give you more insight!
If that doesn't work, and it hasn't updated in over 14 days please contact us so we can investigate what is going on with your order.

Custom orders/Bulk purchases

Most of our products have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) when doing custom orders. For instance the YK-1 requires an MOQ of 200 units in order to do custom camo's or designs.  We offer RFQ's anytime so please don't hesitate! 

Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations may incur a 10% restocking fee. The Industry average is 20% so please don't cuss out my customer service if they apply 10%! We have a lot of fees to pay the moment you order and a lot of work goes into taking care of each customer.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We typically do not accept returns on bulletproof/bullet-resistant armor due to the life-saving nature of the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at or send it to the following address. Please include a note with your order number and request for either a size exchange or a refund.

How can I get a discount? 
The fastest and easiest way to get a discount is to make my customer service laugh or smile. Lets face it, customer service can be brutal work. Send my customer service your dankest meme or something to lighten their day! They'll probably send you a permanent discount. Feet pics are also welcome as always.

Our goal at Uprise Armory LLC is to sift through the massive amount of products made overseas and sell the best of it. Working with us and getting your products on our store is a great way to grow your tactical gear and armor manufacturing business. Before we choose to sell any product, we put it through extensive product testing. Passing our testing requires good quality control and a quality product. Our feedback can help you steer product designs in the right direction and help you create a unique and quality product.

Our goal with our manufactures is to take the workload of sales and customer care off of your shoulders. By working with us, you'll be able to focus on the manufacturing and development of new products. We'll handle the rest.

For ballistic armor manufacturers, it is REQUIRED that you get your armor tested by an NIJ accredited facility. It is also REQUIRED that you are an ISO certified manufacturer. If those requirements are met, we'd love to discuss business with you!
