Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept returns on bullet-proof/bullet-resistant armor due to the life-saving nature of the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@uprisearmoryllc.com or send it to the following address. Please include a note with your order number and request for either a size exchange or a refund. Returns or exchanges require an authorized return via our customer service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and ballistic body armor. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, including your order number, receipt, and what you'd like to exchange for. We'll take care of it from there. This process can take 3-5 weeks as we have to put you on the next shipment for some products. 


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation and Restocking Fees

Order cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee. This is because we have several fees that must be paid as soon as you make your purchase. We provide lead times at the beginning of all of our product descriptions. We do our best to list an accurate lead time; however, delays do happen and are sometimes subject to change. Orders that have been shipped can no longer be canceled. Please contact our customer service to discuss returning and refunding your purchase via customerservice@uprisearmoryllc.com

Hand-made custom orders, such as products from Defense Mechanisms, cannot be canceled once production has started. We ask that you reach out as soon as you can to cancel before production starts. Once it has started, we cannot cancel the order. We understand getting antsy with the wait times, but we assure you it is worth the wait!
