Shipping policy

Products have a listed lead time in their descriptions. Most take 3-8 weeks; however, this may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. Due to current demand for tactical goods and body armor, it may take us longer to replenish our inventory and ship to you. We try our best to stay within our estimated time, though! You are always welcome to contact our customer service if you'd like peace of mind on your order.

Lead Times Disclaimer: We do our best to stay within lead times posted in the product description. However, these are not guarantees; they are just the average time it has taken to ship the product. Whenever something crazy happens in the world, body armor and tactical gear demands sky rocket. This means we get loads of orders to make-to-order with our manufacturers, who are also having increased demand, and who need to order materials from suppliers that are also slammed! If you need a product quickly, contact our customer service to see what options we have on hand. We are working tirelessly to continue expanding the products we have on hand in bulk at our warehouse.

If you order products with different lead times, we generally wait for all your products to arrive and ship them together. In some cases, it makes more sense to split your order into multiple packages if the package sizes get too big.

Orders are typically shipped with USPS. Other shipping methods may require additional fees beyond our standard shipping if you request them.

We generally do not expedite shipping. Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we cannot jam up the production line by rushing one-off orders. If you have an event or deployment coming up and are still waiting on your order, please reach out to customer service to see if we can find a solution. Oftentimes, we can find alternatives and get you protected in time!

We do not ship armor to Connecticut.

State of New York residents can only purchase armor if their employment exempts them from the restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure you comply with your state laws regarding body armor. For more information regarding New York body armor restrictions, please see the following link: https://dos.ny.gov/body-armor

Body Armor can be sent to domestic APOs, but shipping armor outside the USA often falls under ITAR, regardless of APO, and requires additional paperwork to send it to you. It is best to have it shipped within the USA. Contact our customer service if you have questions about this.

Failed Delivery / Wrong Address: With auto-fill payment info, folks often give us the wrong address. It happens! Contact us right away before we ship, and we can easily fix it for you! If we ship your order and you provided the wrong address, please contact us. We often can't do anything until the product is sent back to us, but once we receive it, we can reship it to the correct address. If you do not contact us, we are not responsible for your lost package.

Tracking information not updating? Please reach out to us if it's been longer than a week. Sometimes we print shipping labels, and it takes a few days to get the packages sent out. However, if it's been longer than a week theres a chance your package may be lost. We'll look into this for you and get your tracking updated as soon as possible.

"Dropshipping" Disclaimer: We currently do not dropship products from any of our manufacturers directly to customers. Batches of orders are always made for us, sent to our warehouse, where we inspect the products, and then send them to customers. This protects your data and allows us to maintain quality before it is sent to you. Unfortunately, this does add a little time to the process. We can dropship some items directly to you upon request.
